We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
You must have a recommendation from a California licensed medical doctor for an appropriate
disease, condition or disorder that allows for the use of medical marijuana. If you do not have a physician’s recommendation, email us for a list of caring physicians who can provide this.
Please present your California Driver’s License or state-issued I.D. medical marijuana card as well as your valid original doctor’s recommendation every time you obtain medical cannabis from Safe 420 Delivery.
Medication is for personal use only. Resale or redistribution of Medication obtained from Safe 420 Delivery is strictly prohibited. Any indication otherwise will result in immediate expulsion and termination of membership.
You must be at least 21 years of age to become a Member of Safe 420 Delivery.
Do not drive under the influence of any substance that may impair your motor skills, including medical marijuana.
Use of street slang terms in emails or phone conversations may result in denial of services.
Please note: The minimum order for outlying areas is 1 oz. Minimum order of 1/4 oz. (Orange County only) or a maximum order of 1 oz. of medication per day, per delivery.
Please refrain from phone conversations while our driver is at your home.
